Also several runs for several kilometers in frequency, for three training sessions. I wanted to go to five training sessions, but the gym is closed on holidays. 🏃🏻
I went for a bike ride yesterday morning. The route ran through picturesque areas that inspire adventure and discovery. Started with a steep climb that tested my endurance and strength. But when I reached the top, it felt like the whole world lay before me, ready to be explored. 🏔️🚵♀️

Various challenges awaited me during the trip: valleys with raging rivers, high hills, slopes and curved roads. But I did not stop and continued to move forward, enjoying the beauty of the environment and the feeling of the wind in my hair. 🌿🌻

The mountain is located on the border between Province of Pavia (Lombardy) and Province of Piacenza (Emilia-Romagna), Italy. It has an elevation of 1,724 metres. On its top near a big summit cross stands a radar station.
The Old Town is the historic district of Bergamo, surrounded by the Venetian walls of the 16th century. Here reigns the spirit of the Middle Ages. 😊 On the Cathedral Square are the Palazzo della Ragione, the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore with a gilded interior and the Colleoni marble chapel. Another attraction is the fortress of Bergamo. The narrow streets are lined with independent boutiques, gourmet shops, vintage cafés, trattorias and wine bars. 😄

Yes, it’s time to talk about today’s ride. I’ll say it right away, it was very difficult, because there was a break of two months 🙃 and immediately I went to the mountainous area, which I think was not a very good idea. But nothing, I planned to drive 55 km, which I will not be able to do . In the end, I rode 40 km 🚵🏻♀️
